The online poker company argued it only made $18 million in revenue from the state during the period in question. In December, the state’s supreme court affirmed an earlier $1.3 billion judgment against Flutter Entertainment. The state has been pursuing damages from the company for allowing Kentucky residents to use the site from 2007-11.
